Product Review #1

Welcome to the product review section of this site. Here you will find detailed, in depth reviews of the latest products in the industry that promise to improve your long term and short term memory. Here at Memory Rocket, we are constantly scouring the market for new memory improvement products. Any that we discover we will be reviewing in this section, and sections like it. We will be going through each product with a fine tooth comb in an attempt to find out if they live up to the promises they make in their sales letter.

We are starting today with a product called Unleash Your Mighty Memory. We are going to begin by dissecting all that the product promises to deliver and describing our first impressions of the product.

The product, Unleash Your Mighty Memory, begins by describing some very identifiable problems that almost everyone regardless of their stature in life can relate to:

• You study hard but your grades are a disappointment.

• You feel stressed because of information overload at work. And who isn’t?

• You have not been promoted in years because you can’t learn quick enough.

• You can’t remember the name of a new colleague you were introduced to 10 minutes ago.

• You constantly misplace your house keys or car keys.

• As a manager you run out of ideas in problem solving

• You enter a room and forget what you were looking for

• You hid your valuables in a place no one can find, including yourself!

• You think your memory is getting worse as you grow older… and you may be right!

Last year I attended an Internet Marketing Seminar in San Francisco where I met hundreds of like minded people. Without realising it I implemented one of the strategies of Unleash Your Mighty Memory to help me remember the names of all the people I met. I’ll tell you what this strategy was a little later. So needless to say, I could really relate to bullet point number four.

So we have reviewed what problems the Mighty Memory System promises to solve, and we have agreed that we can identify with at least one or two of them. But lets now take a look at how the system is likely to change our lives – if at all. We’ll list them below for brevity:

• Study in one third of the time and get better grades than your friends. Learn the ONE skill you need to perfect or else learning will always be an uphill task.

• Gain entry to the top colleges and get a good job or career.

• Earn more money than your peers and get faster promotions

• Be a creative manager or be a successful businessman

• Learn complex trigonometrical or statistical equations in less time than it takes to order pizza over the phone.

• Develop laser- like focus for better concentration

• Meet and remember the names of 50 or more people . Never forget a face again, even years later.

• Eradicate absent mindedness forever. Never misplace items again.

• Never lose your place in the bible again. Know the books of the bible and memorise biblical verses with ease!

• Learn how to find valuable items you secretly hid, absent mindedly misplaced or lost by accident.

• Throw away your palm pilot! Remember schedules, appointments in your head

• Remember a 100 or more items shopping list or errands to run in your head in seconds. Know it backwards.

• Stave off Alzheimer’s Disease or Dementia.

Now a few of these benefits above seem a little far fetched and a touch outlandish. For example - in reference to bullet point number two - it’ll take more than good memory to gain entry to the top colleges. And also, there will always be a place for a palm pilot in business – throwing your palm pilot away seems a little extreme. But I can certainly see that by improving your memory you could become less dependent on your palm pilot to remember all your appointments.

Bullet point six is an interesting one, as I certainly do believe that by improving your memory, your concentration skills also improve as a result.

What Is the Psychocybernetic System?

Okay, so what did I use in San Francisco to remember all those names? I discovered afterwards that it is called the Psychocybernetic system. What Unleash Your Mighty Memory taught me – without giving too much away – was that the brain is really just a huge reservoir collection of senses (sight, sound, touch) that The Mighty Memory SystemTM synergistically uses all your senses together with your brain to help to store and retrieve information quickly and effortlessly.

How this relates to my seminar in San Francisco is when I would meet a new marketer, I would instantly associate his or her face and name with a sensory perception. Through this linking I was able to recall the faces and names of all my new associates - this allowed me to network with them later.

Let me give you an example, say for instance I met Tom Cruise at the seminar. I would pick out a distinguishing feature of him – say his big nose – and I would imagine the word ‘Tom’ cruising down the bridge of his nose. This may sound silly, but the sillier the better as if it is humorus, this is another reinforcement that will strengthen the link between your senses and your memory. By using this Psychocybernetic for Tom, whenever I here his name, his face with the big nose will flash in my mind. Similarly, if I bump into Tom at the conference bar, I will see his nose and instantly recall the word ‘Tom’ cruising down his nose – thus remembering his name Tom Cruise.
